Delete your Zarachture account

You can delete your Zarachture account yourself at any time, from the Zarachture Android app or from this website. You don’t need the app installed.

How to delete it

• On the website: sign in, open Settings in your workspace, and choose Delete account.
• In the Android app: open Account, then Delete account.
• Forgot your password? Reset it first, then delete your account.

You’ll be asked for your password. Orders still in progress must be finished or cancelled first. A paid plan stops renewing automatically.

What’s deleted

• Your profile, name, business name, contact details and location.
• Your listings, services and open buying requests.
• Your uploaded photos and documents, including verification documents.
• Your saved items and searches, follows, group memberships, reactions, badges and alerts.
• Every sign-in and registered phone. You’re signed out everywhere.
• Your community discussions and responses are removed from view.

What’s kept

• Other members keep their records of orders, conversations, quotations and reviews with you, shown as from a deleted member.
• Payment and invoice records, support requests and safety reports are kept as the law and platform safety require.

Deletion is permanent and can’t be undone. You can create a new account with the same email address later.
